Natalia Hernandez is a seasoned professional in product innovation and market development, with over 15 years of experience working for multinational companies, always seeking to develop new and profitable solutions, improving the customers’ experience with excellence, integrity and ethics.
Natalia is specialized in payments acceptance, before joining PCMI she served over 6 years at Evertec as User Experience and Market Analysis Manager; and previously she was part of BAC|Credomatic for over 4 years where she served as regional head of innovation, marketing and key accounts for the acquirer business. Prior she was the new business manager and marketing adviser for several Garnier Group companies at Costa Rica.
Natalia has a degree in collective communication sciences, with emphasis in advertising from Universidad de Costa Rica and a master’s degree in business management and marketing from ISEAD Spain. Natalia is an active member at AUGE the entrepreneurship agency and business incubator of the Universidad de Costa Rica.
